We got a question that I think is great and this video will clear it up. The question asked was about rolling over on the outside of the front foot to get full arm extension. 'You seem to be contradicting yourself about coming up like a Pop Tart,'our guy said.
A very good observation and it might lead to a problem. But in this video I give you the real key. Rolling over so we get full extension of our arms, then popping up, actually gives you more power. You're skipping the ball off the ground, increasing acceleration!
