Good wrist action is no wrist action, meaning there's no cocking of the wrists. You don't need to cock your wrists in golf. Instead, you need to hold your wrists firm and rotate your arms.
Your clubhead position at impact is extremely important. But, having it in the right place in both the backswing and forward upswing is just as critical. That's because the position of the club at impact is directly determined by where it is in your takeaway and backswing.
