How is it that a guy, he's 75 years old, can look me in the face and tell me he's “not flexible enough,” yet can make a 90 degree (or more) turn. Yes, it hurts his back. But he can still do it!
Face it. If you have, more or less, watched your diet, got some exercise in every other day, and paid a little attention to what your doc said, you are in better (100%) shape than folks a decade ago, a generation ago. One of the biggest reasons I focus on diet and nutrition and exercise and brain power is, ladies and gentlemen, we have a whole new life. Heck, we've messed up Social Security because we're live longer, are in better shape and are just plain more aware of our body and mind.
Look at the blog, look at the guys and gals in their 70's, 80's willing to change, to experience golf in a new way.
