We had a question on the blog asking how tucking the right elbow could help gain distance. I'm here to tell you that tucking your right elbow will most certainly not help you gain distance.
It doesn't matter if you are tall, short, young, or old. There is no sport in the world, perhaps with the exception of figure skating, that you gain speed and distance by tucking your elbows into your body.
In order to gain power, you have to separate your arms from your body.
Keep it vertical,
