A question arrived from a Surgite about shoulder position at address. How should you position your shoulders at address in the PPGS? The answer, your natural shoulder position is the best. Whatever you do, do not stretch your shoulders forward. At address, you should be comfortable, not in any strain. If you got strain at address, you are doing something wrong - stop and check your setup.
In this video, I illustrate bad vs good shoulder position. Don't stretch!

Do we pull our arms into impact?
Please help me with the correct feeling for the downswing.
Thanks

Prelude to upswing
For a righty: Think of the right side like skipping a rock. Think of the left side like throwing a backhanded frisbee.
In both cases not a whole lot is going on other than a hip bump and arm falling into position for the explosion.
Put both sides together and you have a golf swing.
Feels just like that.
