As we've discussed, the perfect swing path is like a Ferris wheel. Of course, we can't swing like a Ferris wheel. But with the Peak Performance Golf Swing we can get pretty close.
One of my young students, he's a lefty, was having problems hitting the ball left. Straight left, his dad told me, “straight,” for me, being the key word. His dad said the hits were solid. Another clue. And the young player seemed to be addressing the ball just fine.
One obvious answer was that he was hitting where he was aiming. Another was that he might have been laying off in the backswing, into the Sacred Burial Ground.
Here are answers to those problems and some other possibilities.
