Wayne Coolidge On Conditioning

Thu, 11/22/2012 - 14:13 -- Don Trahan

Here at SwingSurgeon.com, we're thankful for many things. Personally, I'm thankful for all of you faithful PPGS followers. Nothing I do would be possible if it wasn't for each and every one of you! It also wouldn't be possible without the great team I have around me. We've got the best instructors and fitters in the world who are all spreading the teachings of the vertical golf swing. We've also got a fantastic Director of Health, Fitness, and Nutrition in Wayne Coolidge

Today, Wayne and I are going to spend time discussing the importance of proper conditioning. So, while you're preparing or recovering from a delicious, holiday feast, watch the video as Wayne shares his knowledge of the human body.

May you and your family have a Happy Thanksgiving!!

Happy Thanksgiving to Surge, the team and a ALL SURGITES. I had forgotten it was Thanksgiving until I received an email this morning [NZ time] from one of my wife's relatives in CHINA!
No golf today, other than some 'gentle' swinging on the back porch golf mat. The Race to Dubai will be a must watch after seeing Rd 1 last night our time. Luke Donald and Rory McIlroy seperated by one shot after the round. Some good golf in prospect! I will be trying Bruce's putting tip. dmwheat4 you should have a quick look on his tip on "The hitting the driver straight". It may just help you.
Again, Enjoy the Turkey and the company of families and friends this Thanksgiving, where ever you are ALL Surgites. DH, in NZ

Wayne provided very clear and simple exercises to perform. Best of all, you explained the reasons and purpose for doing them to get the best results. I took the up the PPGS after finding I had spondylolisthesis where my bottom vertebrae is broken in two and my spine has slipped off the sacrum, compressing the spinal cord. I was fortunate to take a very slow recovery and with pilates and Surge, have been golfing pain free for 3 years. (THANK you SURGE). I learned a lot of valuable tips for maintaining symmetry from this video which reinforces the pilates training. Many Thanks, Kevin McCarthy
