A reader asks, how do you hit a stinger shot in the PPGS? First we explain what a "stinger" shot is as it is also called other names in golf. Tiger Woods was known for using this technique because he often times had little control over where his ball landed.
I know you've faced it. A tough dog leg left with out of bounds on the right. It's holes like this that make you wish you could hit a draw. Well, you can hit a draw and it's not as hard as you think.
Everyone would like to be able to work the ball. Purposely hitting a draw or fade can help you on certain holes as well, but you should only try working the ball if you can already hit the ball consistently straight.
