I had the privelage of meeting all of Surges team including Derek Hardy of Southern Cal. except The new guy Dave Seeman last December at the winter tournament. Great bunch of fellas for sure and it was an experience of a life time. I have the 8x10 of Surge and DJ with my wife and I at the Old South Golf Course in South Carolina and it proudly sits on my mantle above my fireplace right now:) I played terrible but learned alot from this"team". One day I hope to afford another such occasion. They are listing several one day classes with Derek in Cailfornia so those appear most likely for me. In any case if any of can attend one, especially out there with Surge, it is well worth it.

BREAKTHROUGH – New technology to aid all golfers
A buddy of mine has gained access to a new synthetic flesh
Another buddy of mine has very small fingers & can’t point very far
I fitted him with a longer index finger using this new artificial flesh
He can now point 30 yards further

My buddy has fitted me with a 47” index finger & I am pointing so far that even the young guns can’t match me

Now Doc doesn’t know about this new finger & doesn’t include it in his fittings
Like what if Doc came down here & I fitted him with a long finger & he could point nearly as far as me
And like what if he then got DJ fitted properly with a long finger & like DJ then could point 30 yards further
So what if Doc & I have a competition to see who can point the farthest & you all get to see the results
We’d all know then who has it right & you could get a long finger out of this new secret material & like you might even point nearly as far as me

BREAKTHROUGH – BIONIC LENSES
A buddy of mine who was in the bionic ear has access to a new contact lens
It allows you to stare further
I fitted myself – Yes I fitted myself with the new lenses & I can stare 30 yards further
My buddy uses 2 crystal balls & a laser to fit the lenses
I used my buddies balls to fit myself & it was really good

Everyone knows that if you can’t visualize it, you can’t do it
I also fitted another buddy & he can stare 30 yards further too
We now have a steely grey stare that goes on forever
I have the best cold steely grey stare that makes my shot visualization go on forever

This is a big secret & Doc doesn’t know about it but I could give him the stare & he could give DJ the stare

Like what if DJ could out stare all the opposition & Doc could give it to you – none of us would ever lose a match & the Surge would be famous

BREAKTHROUGH – STRAIGHT FACE
A buddy of mine has invented a new botox type compound
Another buddy of mine has trouble keeping a straight face so I injected him with the new compound & at impact he now has the straightest face you’ve ever seen
His face is straight all the time – it’s amazing & his dispersion is sooooo good

I gave myself the “straight face” & now I’m straighter than anyone on the planet
I am amazing

Doc doesn’t use this compound cos he doesn’t know about it so he can’t get his face as straight as mine
He can come on down here & I’ll give him my straight face so he can give it to DJ

Like what if DJ had a face as straight as mine & he could point 30 yards further

I challenge Doc to a face off so we can see who can keep the straightest face & you will all be the beneficiaries

Robert, I'm not in Alaska, just N.E. Ohio, and we got two inches yesterday afternoon and evening. Weather permitting, my Monday evening league starts with play/practice rounds on next Monday, and i haven't hit a ball since last Nov. Spring is nowhere in sight yet.

Have just watched the highlights of the 2010 Shell Houston Open. Only a little coverage of DJ. Missing significant putts was the main coverage. On the stats they putt on the screen. It was noted that DJ was 7th on Tour in scoring averages at that time in 2010. Now his last round 67 could have been a lot lower.
Now he is more comfortable with his belly-putter, all things being equal, he should beat T10th this year.
Perhaps DJ needs to believe in 'himself' a little more. We have total faith in the SSGS concept. When executed consistently,it is a world beater.
So DJ, have faith in your ability. WE DO! So start believing it for us. Think Lucky,Be Lucky.
On the 18th you casually [not angrily] lobbed your ball in the water after your bogey putt.The ball did nothing wrong. You are the driver, the ball the vehicle.We need both of you to perform to the potential we KNOW YOU HAVE.

Now Doc doesn’t know about giving people the finger or the straight face or the stare so he could like come down here & I’ll give him the works

My buddy who gave me the finger wrote a book which I read
It’s called Gideons Bible & I read it at his place at La Motel
It has everything you could hope to know about the flesh

When Doc comes down here I’ll introduce him to my buddy with the straight face & my buddy with the 2 crystal balls & my buddy who gave me the finger

Doc can pit his skills against them & we’ll see who can stare & point the farthest with a straight face

If he likes I’ll give him the finger, fit him with my buddy’s 2 crystal balls & all with a straight face

I have met most of these guys in the video. I have known Don for over 15 years and he is my teacher who has helped my game improve over the years. I still get a yearly check up to make sure I am still doing the surge swing. I have met Greg Mcdonell, he is a great guy and instructor. Jack Moore has improved my putting with his and Don's method.
Recently I had knee surgery and was not fully into the surge swing when I starting playing again,thats when I called Don and he came down and got me back in the surge swing and since then I have been playing well. I wish I could have gone to the golf school in Fla.

I been trying your golf swing for several months with some success. Are you aware that there is another site call Perfect Connection Golf Swing that is teaching the same swing,claiming to have doctors & science like yours. If you listen to the site it is almost like there watching yours and repeating everything you do ? Kind of fishy !!!!!!!

It might help to review the Revised Setup Videos, assuming you have them. I was just going through them all again this week myself, just to keep my brain remembering everything.

From that, the forward upswing begins with the bump, which is a LATERAL movement of the hips and forward knee toward the target while the arms are completing the backswing. Your arms then freefall a bit and speed through the hitting zone. The hips will naturally start to rotate as you do this, but it should be a natural rotation, not a forced rotation, that get you to the T-Finish facing the target.

My regular golf partner has an android and uses a free app called (I think) FreeCaddy. You're a San Diego boy, right? She uses it on all the local courses.

Great to meet the guys loyal to you "surge", they look like a nice bunch of blokes and look forward to their expertise.
The "peak performance" crew were sending so much stuff to my email and as I was so p..s.. off with what they did to you, I sent a short two word message to them, Billy connelly Style and strangely I don't get anymore emails.

I am 86 and enjoying my golf again changing my swing and my clubs as recomended by you I now use a set of Wilson ladies clubs senior shaft wilth 3 4 & 5 Hybrid and suddenly the younger lads are standing there with their mouths open, it gives me great pleasure to put my finger under their chin to close their mouth as I walk past them - much to the delight of my golfing mates.
