Very often, I hear amateur golfers on golf courses and in classes hurt their game by getting "wrapped around the axle" of the bad shot they just made. But the truth is, who cares - do the next shot right. For a lot of you, you will know this is one of my 10 Major Mistakes amateurs make.
But let us rehash this again to remind you. Focus on the future, do the next shot correctly. Doing so is the best thing for your mental golf game. Learn from your mistakes and focus on playing the next shot correctly. Your mistakes are your own personal constructive criticism and use them that way.
